Turbochef, you rule.

These are the home versions of the high speed convection ovens used in restaurants and in places like Subway (yech). 12 pound turkey in 42 minutes? Yes please. The Buck Rogers interface also is totally "for teh win"!!!

Since my plans to kidnap and enslave kcline as my personal food photographer have not come to fruition, I am left to my own devices (a cameraphone and my untalented self) to take pictures of my dastardly kitchen deeds...

Here is the carving of the rack of lamb. Always more fun to butcher your own cuts! Actually, I was planning on doing the whole rack at once but this made more sense...

Add some salt, thyme, rosemary.... a little pepper... no need to overdo it with Australian lamb... it has enough flavor from munching on herbs growing out of Vegemite pots...

In the pan with some evo, medium heat... we're not in a hurry here...
